Like every other place on the planet, the ARROW region is defined by water, and the water, in turn, is shaped by the land through which it flows. The ARROW region has a lot of water, with plentiful rainfall, rivers to catch and carry it, and lots of plants to return it to the atmosphere. Underground water supplies, stored in porous rock, are also abundant (but not limitless). In this section, we look at some of the ways in which water and land interact in the ARROW region.
